北京市知识产权保护条例通过加强奥林匹克标志知识产权保护
Beijing passed the city's intellectual property protection regulations on March 31. The Regulations consist of seven chapters and fifty-seven articles, stipulating the strengthening of administrative and judicial protection of intellectual property rights. It also advanced handling of intellectual property disputes. The regulations stipulate the protection of intellectual property rights of the Olympic symbols. The regulations will take effect on July 1, 2022.
3月31日，北京市表决通过《北京市知识产权保护条例》。条例共七章五十七条，规定了强化知识产权行政保护和司法保护、推进知识产权纠纷多元调处等方面的内容。其中，条例明确规定了有关部门加强奥林匹克标志的知识产权保护的内容。条例自2022年7月1日起施行。
科技攻关技术平台助力战疫北京17个新冠诊断试剂上市

As of March 30, 17 COVID-19 diagnostic reagents developed by Beijing enterprises and institutions have been approved for marketing, covering three detection technologies of nucleic acid, antibody and antigen. Recently, among the 21 COVID-19 antigen self-testing reagent products approved by the State Food and Drug Administration, 6 are produced in Beijing. The number of products developed in Beijing ranks first in the country.
截至3月30日，北京市企事业单位研发的17种新型冠状病毒肺炎诊断试剂已获批上市销售，涵盖了核酸、抗体、抗原三种技术路线。近期，国家药监局批准了21个新冠抗原自测试剂产品，其中6个产品的生产企业来自北京，数量居全国首位。
《中国（北京）自由贸易试验区条例》将于2022年5月1日起施行
The Regulations of China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone will come into effect on May 1, 2022. Beijing's pilot free trade zone will form an open platform for the agglomeration of modern service industries, including medical and health care, professional services, education, culture & tourism and aviation. At the same time, the Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone will exhilarate the development of cutting-edge medical technology research such as stem cells and AI medical devices. Online videos, games, digital music, e-sports, aircraft maintenance and other industries will also receive different forms of support.
《中国（北京）自由贸易试验区条例》自2022年5月1日起施行。条例提出，自贸试验区发展医疗健康、专业服务、教育服务、文化旅游、航空服务等优势产业，形成现代服务产业集聚的开放平台。同时，鼓励开展干细胞、人工智能医疗器械等临床前沿医疗技术研究，优化急需药品、医疗器械等的通关和审批流程。网络视听、网络游戏、数字音乐、电子竞技、航空维修等产业也将获得不同形式的支持。
